The Supported Living Services (SLS) program focuses on training and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities by providing the necessary skills to live independently in an inclusive and supportive environment. Hands United will work with the individual, in conjunction with the family and service coordinator to promote, develop and ensure the best environment and welfare of the individual.  We believe that outcomes are enhanced when individuals are treated with dignity and respect and are able to make informed choices.
